Terms of Service

I'm Tomilola Adeleke, a personal stylist trading as TomilolaUncut. These Terms of Service govern your use of my website and the services I provide. By booking a service or using this website, you agree to these terms.

I offer the following personal styling services:

• Style Identity Session — a 1:1 session to define your personal style identity
• Style Guide — a written personal style document covering your colours, silhouettes, outfit formulas, and shopping brief
• Personal Shopping — curated shopping, in-person or online, guided by your style identity
• Wardrobe Edit — an in-home session to review, edit, and restyle your existing wardrobe

The scope and delivery of each service will be confirmed at the time of booking.

My services are styling and fashion advisory services only. I am not a therapist, life coach, financial advisor, or medical professional. Nothing I say or provide should be taken as professional advice in those areas.

Styling outcomes are personal and subjective. While I will always work to the best of my ability, I cannot guarantee specific results — including how you feel about your style, how others perceive you, or the resale value of any clothing purchased.

All bookings are made through my website via Calendly. A booking is confirmed once you receive a confirmation email and payment has been processed.

By booking, you confirm that the information you've provided is accurate and that you are 18 years of age or older.

Payment is taken at the time of booking via Stripe. All prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable.

Your card details are handled entirely by Stripe and are never stored by me. By completing a payment, you agree to Stripe's terms of service (stripe.com/legal).

I understand that plans change. Here is my policy:

• Cancellation with 72+ hours notice — full refund, minus a 20% cancellation fee
• Cancellation with less than 72 hours notice — no refund will be issued
• Rescheduling with 72+ hours notice — free of charge, subject to availability
• Rescheduling with less than 72 hours notice — treated as a cancellation; a new booking will be required

To cancel or reschedule, please email me at thecreatorgirly@gmail.com as soon as possible.

Refunds, where applicable, will be returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

All content on this website — including text, styling advice, guides, mood boards, and documents I create for you — is my original work and remains my intellectual property.

Your Style Guide and any personalised documents I produce for you are licensed for your personal use only. They may not be shared, sold, reproduced, or used commercially without my written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I am not liable for:

• Any dissatisfaction with styling outcomes that is subjective in nature
• Purchases you make independently based on my advice
• Any loss or damage arising from use of my website
• Any third-party services I recommend or link to (including Stripe, Calendly, or retailers)

My total liability to you in connection with any service shall not exceed the amount you paid for that service.

When working with me, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and honest information about your needs and preferences
• Treat all sessions, communications, and materials respectfully
• Not share, resell, or reproduce any materials I create for you

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

I may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on this website. Continued use of my services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
