Fashion was always my first language.

Before I had the words for it, I was noticing. I was the person in every room watching what people wore, not out of judgement, but out of deep, genuine curiosity. I noticed how fabric moved when someone walked. I'd study the weight of a good wool, the softness of silk, the structure of a well-cut blazer. I learned to read the quiet conversation an outfit was having with a room, often before the person wearing it even knew it was happening. Fashion found me young, and I never let it go.

I learned early that quality always wins over quantity. That one piece you truly love will serve you infinitely longer than ten pieces you settled for. I never forced myself to love something because it was trending or because someone thought it looked good on me. If it didn't feel like me, I put it down. And somewhere along the way, I built a rule that has never failed me: whatever I'm wearing doesn't have to make sense to everyone. It has to make sense to me, and maybe a few people who truly get it. That's always been enough. That's exactly enough.

I built TomilolaUncut because I believe every woman already knows who she is, she just hasn't found the wardrobe to say it yet. Style was never meant to be about following trends. It was always meant to be personal. A clear, confident reflection of the person you actually are.
